Pastor Larry Dickens II

My name is Pastor Larry L. Dickens II, I am currently a Team Lead I at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. I have over 20 years in customer service with various companies and 15 years in ministry. My professional career has been in various roles and with companies like Henry Ford Health, Verizon Wireless, Trinity Healthcare and most recently Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI.  My past places of worship have been Catholic, Baptist and United Methodist throughout my adolescence, teen, and adult years. In my past employments and church homes, my goal has always been to assist, where help is needed. My aspiration is to uplift my local community with growth and teaching of God’s blessed word. I am overjoyed about my certification and appointment, in the United Methodist Church Greater Detroit District. My aspirations are the growth of God’s kingdom, His people and assisting the growth of God’s people. I aim to assist Resurrection United Methodist Church, with our current and future endeavors. I know in my heart, through God’s love, power, and togetherness, we will be used in a mighty way. I am positive with the help of our superintendent, my new church home, and colleagues, we will impact the kingdom in a mighty way. I have a statement I live by, “Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork”, and our dreams will manifest, through our already blessed team.
